ryzen 2600 (stock)
msi b450 gaming plus max (bios updated)
Patriot 16GB 3600MHz Viper 4 Blackout CL17 (2x8GB)

xmp 1 3333 works ok
xmp 2 3600 throw lots of errors in memtest86
I've slowed them down to 3400 and it seems to be maximum stabile frequency.

I've read that some people have problems with hitting recomended frequency on Patriots.

Shoud i try adding some voltage on ram?
On the other hand 3400MHz doesnt look bad, maybe if i cant go higher with frequency i shoud try to lower latencies?

Or maybe sent it back while I still can and buy something else? Crucial Ballistix maybe?

You should manually key in the frequency, timings and votlages in order to get to that advertised number but please keep in mind that 1st and 2nd gen Ryzen's were able to go to DDR4-3200MHz and 3400MHz respectively without errors. In order to go higher you need manual input, trial and errors or a 3rd gen Ryzen processor.

Which BIOS version are you on at the moment?
