pavilion CPU cooler

I have a HP Pavilion p7-1234, thing needs an upgrade. My computer is extremely warm and my CPU will jump up to 70 Celsius, and i need to replace my CPU cooler, Do any of you guys ahve any replacements i could get that are:

1. Very quiet(i stream on occasion)
2. Very efficient
3. Long life
