paying verizon bill with bank account is there fees?

I am tired of every single month having to write and mail a check. Its a time consuming and a hassle. I saw this guide online verizon bill view and I was wondering if there is a way for me to pay my Verizon bill with a automatic bank withdrawl or something so I don't have to every single month wait for the bill to come and mail a check.
