Paypal country problem

So here is the problem- I recently wanted to buy a gaming rig and decided to order from Ncix.Since I'm from Croatia I need to make international order and the only way to pay for international orders is via paypal.But there is one problem too-my bank has issued a maestro card to me and while I can pay on sites like Amazon,TheGamesCollection etc. when I register on paypal with Croatia as my country there doesn't seems to be maestro payment option...So I registered with another different country,this time Poland,and there it is,maestro is visible!So finally my question-am I going to have any problems with shipping or processing orders if I choose Poland as my account country' and use croatian adress for shipment?
