Paypal help please

So I recently bought a Paypal prepaid card so I can buy a new gpu. However, I didn't know you had to be 18 years or older and know your SSN. So, I asked my mom to do it for me, but she denied too. I tried returning the card so I can get a refund, but Walgreens said they couldn't. So I'm here to ask if there are any other solutions. My parents won't help me or anything and I can't do anything about it. I'm about to waste 114 dollars.

Is there any solutions? Like can someone send me 114 dollars and Ill give you the code for the card? Please, I really want my graphics card. I wouldn't scam or anything. Please.

Talk to PayPal. They have to give you your money back if you're a minor.

Since my account isn't verified, the money isn't actually in the account. However, I have the card that I can't even use.
