Pc accidently shut down during window update

My laptop was on windows 10 upgrade and it accidently shutdown due to lack of battery
And now it turns on but is completely blank out
And has started to produce a strange sound too

Thus the warnings NOT to do updates/upgrades while on battery. Hope you've learned your lesson. Your only out is to restore from backups. Don't have backups? Then use either the recovery partition or the backup you made from that partition. Next time, plug it in first.
