[SOLVED] PC acting as if HDD apps dont exist

I recently installed an SSD and installed windows on it via a usb. When i loaded in, all my data was gone;however, my HDD data was still present. If I search for Chrome on windows search, it doesnt show anything up..I have no idea whats wrong

What data is missing?

A fresh install of Windows doesn't remember what data your old boot drive has. You need to reinstall all your old software.
