PC acting up

Hello im having problems with my PC, few days ago my PC started to act weird by shutting down like 3-5 seconds after i start it up, then after leaving it like that it turns on and it fixes, then i get this message.°
My PC specs - i7 4770, gtx 980, 8gb of ram, B85M-D3H Motherboard and EVGA 650W PSU

Yes, and runs like normal afterwards.

How did i forget to mention this, after i turn of my PC it turns it self back on automaticly after few seconds and i had to basically uplug the PC.

I assume it was an update and i just interupted it.

But you are luck to take motherboard with dual bios, thanks to this your PC manage to successfully recovery from this 😉

I have not noticed any power issues other than me unpluging my pc after it turned back on in a hurry (few days ago), just turned my PC back on again and its having the same problems again.
