[SOLVED] PC acting weirdly, games crashing

Hey guys, yesterday I got back from my 6 day vacation in LA. I brought a couple of new PC parts such as a Samsung 860 Evo 500gb SSD, 16gb of g skill trident Z, and some cablemod cables. I install the new parts and it takes forever to boot up. (Boot drive on SSD), however this went back to normal this morning. I then noticed that one of my radiator fans weren't spinning so I took of the side panel where all the cables were and all of a sudden the fan ramped up to 2500 rpm. Now that my fans are back to normal, whenever I play GTA 5, it crashes. The first time, just the game crashed but the second and third time, the entire PC crashed and said that my PC ran into an error and needs to restart. The stop code was "driver_irql_not_less_or_equal" Anyone know what to do? I'm really worried because I put a lot of time and effort into building this computer. Thanks!

Try running memtest86 and system file checker to see if you get any errors, also recheck your ssd cables>
