Question Pc acts wierd sometimes crashes after boot sometimes balck screen no bios

so my pc was working fine i had just switched out my motherboard because my old one had stopped working. Then it worked for a while untill i got these huge freezes while using it, sometimes it would get stuck loading into windows, sometimes the pc would not even want to go into bios. it would show that there is signal to display but nothing but a black screen new bios. Thinking its the cpu I upgraded my ryzen 5 1500x to a 5600x. the pc worked for about a week and a half until i noticed the same problems. I made sure to update bios and everything. after a couple of freezes and crashes i restarted my pc over and over untill now where its at its worst and wont display or do anything but a black screen. when i did make it into windows it would either be unusable or work for a little before freezing and returning with beeps or freezing to the point of it not working or blue screening into critical process died. The thing is i just replaced my cpu and i cant see why im getting freezes again.

specs:

ryzen 5 5600x
rx 580 8gb
corsair 3200 mhz 16gb cl 16
corsair 650w semi modular power supply about 4 years old
msi b450m pro-vdh max mobo
120gb seagate ssd new install windows

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition (original,new, refurbished, used)?

Disk drives: make, model, capacity, how full?

Check in Reliability History and Event Viewer for error codes, warnings, and even informational events that precede or correspond with the crashes and black screens.
