Pc after lightning strike

Solution
The power supply unit of your PC has a surge protection function. If the electrical network was affected by the lightning, your PSU must have protected your components, but it might have been damaged.
If you have a multimeter, you can test your power supply. Here is a guide how to build it out and test https://www.wikihow.com/Check-a-Power-Supply
You can swap it with a known working one as well, to be sure, other components are fine. I suppose they are.

Are you sure that you have XFX TS 500W PSU? Since in XFX lineup, there is no TS 500W unit. What there is, is XF 500W and TS 550W.

For new PSU, i suggest getting any Seasonic unit, in 500W range. E.g: M12II-520 EVO, G-550, Focus 550 or Focus+ 550,

Focus and Focus+ are the newest PSU lines from Seasonic and they come with 10 years of OEM warranty. G and M12II EVO series PSUs come with 5 years of OEM warranty.
All my 3 PCs: Skylake, Haswell and AMD are also powered by Seasonic. Full specs with pics in my sig.

While most of the XFX lineup is made by Seasonic, the XFX XT series, while still a Seasonic design, is actually manufactured under contract by Hydance. Hydance made PSUs doesn't have the same build quality as for PSUs made in Seasonic main factory since Hydance generally makes low end and cost cutting products.

As far as Seasonic M12II-520 EVO (SS-520GM2) goes, it's a good quality PSU and for most builds, it will do just fine. But since you have 180W GPU in there with K-series CPU which you probably have or will OC, i'd be more comfortable using 600W range PSU. E.g M12II-620 EVO, G-650, Focus+ 650 or PRIME 650 80+ Titanium,

Seasonic PRIME 650 80+ Titanium is the best 650W PSU money can buy at current date. And with Seasonic PRIME 80+ Titanium series, you'll get the highest efficiency (94%), tightest voltage regulation (0.5%), longest hold-up time (30ms), lowest ripple noise (20mV) and longest warranty (12 years) there is. Fully modular cables and toggle-able Premium Hybrid fan control too.

My Skylake build is also powered by PRIME 650 80+ Titanium PSU. While i have M12II EVO powering my Haswell build but mine is 850W.

Oh, all fully-modular Seasonic PSUs are also compatible with CableMod SE-series custom sleeved power cables. To match my Skylake's black & red theme and Haswell's black & blue theme, i have replaced the stock black power cables with CableMod SE-series custom sleeved power cables,
