PC ALERT 4'S ALARM GOING OFF !!!

Just installed PC ALERT 4 and did a major update on BIOS etc.PC ALERT 4
's alarm is going off because my CPU is 77 and the system temp is 87.
Is this normal?. I have a good fan on the CPU. What do I do?????

Are those Fahrenheit or Celsius temps? My CPU (3.06 GHz P4, 533 MHz FSB)
idles at 113 F or 45 C. , System temp about 95 F or 35 C. If I run certain
programs it'll go up to 90 C on the CPU. You might add a fan in the back of
the case to get rid of the warm air inside.
