So I currently use a Gamecom 780. I had it for two years and the headset split on the left side. It is still function and I repaired it via the magic of duct tape. It doesn't fit as snug and thus losing some sound quality. Plus it isn't as comfortable currently. Instead of just grabbing another Gamecom that will last prob another 2 years I figured I would ask the community what headsets they suggest.
1. Need to work on PS4 and PC
2. Need USB not just for PS4 but my cases front audio jacks don't work well anymore and I don't want to go behind my pc everytime I plug them in.
3. I would like both good sound and good mic. It seems when I see people talk about great sound there are mic complaints, if they talk about great mics there are sound complaints lol.
4. I like the surround sound effect (i know its just simulated with usb mics) but it isn't mandatory if you know of a really good stereo set. (or a good mixamp to make them surround)
if you want price point options how about under $100, under 200, and above 200
