Two related sites you might want to play at, PCPartPicker and ChooseMyPC
ChooseMyPC will create a build based on certain criteria (cost, etc.) and PCPartPicker allows you to go crazy configuring systems. While neither site currently have links to PC stores in India, and some parts available to you may not be listed, it does check compatibility as you go so you wouldn't end up with incompatible parts

This one bro??? Msi - 970

http://www.snapdeal.com/product/msi-970-gaming-mother-board/667763636189

Cooler - Heatsink and fan included (Info given at site says Heatsink and fan included, so thats not enough?? does buying new necessary???)

http://www.snapdeal.com/product/amd-44-ghz-am3-fx/1472312774

My current RAM's

Latency - 1600 mhz, Bus Speed - (How to Find?) , Voltage Config - (How to Find?).

yes, MSI 970 is a high Quality AM3+ mobo. You can Overclock Fx-6300 even Fx-8350 with that mobo.

Without overclocking stock AMD fan is fine. But AMD FX is meant for Overclocking to see it's true performance. If you overclock with that stock Cooler, the CPU temp will rise up really high.

Better get a i5-4460+B85 mobo.

http://www.snapdeal.com/product/asus-b85mg-motherboard/1367770960

or i3+H81 mobo

The Ram information you can find in
1. Sticker [that has been attached with RAM]
2. Ram packaging box
3. install CPU-Z

Aftermarket coolers are for overclocking right ??

Why do you go on Snapdeal ?? That site sucks. Look for components on Flipkart. They have everything well organized

Get a better PSU like Seasonic s12ii 520 w/ 620w. I think 520w would be enough
http://www.flipkart.com/seasonic-s12ii-520-watts-psu/p/itmd5xz5hzvzt9cx?q=Seasonic+S12II+520+Watts+PSU&as=on&as-show=on&otracker=start&as-pos=p_2_seasonic&pid=PSUD5XZ4KFH65H9E

And FX 6300 is an old CPU.

@RababNoor Bro see this config -

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/ZR68NG

Ok so if i dont overclock it, stock heatsink and fan is enough right???
and only if i overclock it i will get that (4.1GHz Turbo) ?? if yes then in future i will buy good cpu cooler and overlock it.
and if that processor is getting wasted because i am not overclocking it then suggest me a good processor which suits to that msi 970 board...tyty.

And bro i am preferring that msi board because of its Killer Ethernet feature, i play a lot of online game mainly csgo and dota2 so...

@Adgo, for me snapdeal is more reliable and way better than that shit flipkart so no thx you.
and is that Seasonic a good company?

Seasonic make some serious PSUs. Those are classified as tier 2

See this - http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html#xtor=EPR-8886

* That Build is good but you For Gaming 16GB Ram is Overkill.

* Just get Dual Channel Ram Kit [2x4GB] = 8GB

* With the xtra money get a Cooler : Cooler Master Hyper 212X or Cooler Master 212 EVO

* Get the Seasonic PSU. It will save your GPU in the long run.

Get either Build 01:
