PC at times takes 10 minutes to shutdown or restart

Hello guys,
for around 3 weeks or so my PC partially (not everytime) takes 10 minutes to shutdown or restart.
I have already tried the following solutions, without any success:

deactivated Windows Fast Boot
sfc/scannow and Windows Health Check did not find anything
checked SSD integrity
deactivated hibernation

I do not use any antivirus programme.
Windows update and drivers for graphics card and mainboard/chipset/bios are all up to date.

I use Windows 11 pro with the following hardware:

7800X3D
MSI PRO B650-P WIFI
Gskill 32 GB PC6000
WD 1 TB SM 770 Black
Powercolor RX 7900 XTX OC Hellhound
XPG Core Reactor 850W

how full is the ssd?

@kardinalfm84 Is this issue because I'm using Intel Core i7-7th Gen 8GB RAM, SSD but still my laptop takes 7-8 Minutes to Shutdown or restarting.... Does it really a fault or any issue...

Rather empty. Of 1 GB there are still 600 GB of free space available

I would be glad if this wasn't an isssue... However it did not occur until recently. Besides Windows declares the long shut down time as an issue in the event log, so I don't believe this is normal.
