PC ATX case under 440mm height

Hi!
Very soon I will build a gaming PC and everything is bought except the case. I don't have enough vertical space on my desk, so the case have to be max 440mm height. I almost bought S340 Elite, but sadly it's 474mm height. I'm looking for a case with ATX form factor, big side window, good airflow (because I'm gonna overclock) and dust filters (it's nice to have, but not necessarily).
My budget is $80-$100.

Only cases that I know that may fit your requirement are the Corsair Spec series (Spec-04, Spec-03, Spec-02, and Spec-01). They are all deeper (~492mm depth) than they are taller (~430-ish).

The Spec-04 is 433mm tall. The Spec-03 and Spec-02 are both 426mm in height. The Spec-01 is 428mm high.

All these ATX cases have an acrylic side window (but not as large and full-sized as the tempered glass of the S340 Elite). They also do not have a PSU shroud or good cable management space.

There are also some Fractal Design cases (large windows, tempered glass version, and PSU shroud/good cable management) that are exactly 440mm in height (the actual casing only, excluding the feet) but will come up at 453mm with such feet/stands (which can't be easily removed). It'll be hard to find ATX cases at 440mm height even with cube cases. 230T mentioned by @raisonjohn is one option. I do have another suggestion, how about high airflow HTPC form factors or slim ATX cases that you can lay down horizontally?

1. This Thermaltake Core G3 will require you to buy a SFX PSU(will be costlier). Also you may need to buy a better PCIE riser cable.

I checked it out in person before, not the best build quality, but got dust filtration. But the side window will not be much visible if you lay it flat.
