PC Audio Glitch/Stutter under load

Whenever I am gaming on my PC, I randomly get an audio glitch followed by a frame drop. The noise sounds like the noise you get from the old BSODs, but shorter. The system specs are a Core I7 870 Not overclocked, 16 GB ram, GTX 1050ti not overclocked, and a Dell OEM 255w PSU. I've tried switching audio jacks and even using the GPU built in sound, driver updates, etc. It happens in all the games Ive tried, and does not happen when PC is web browsing, YouTube, etc.

your PSU is garbage and inadequate. not trying to insult you. but if its a pre-built OEM PSU then that is most likely your problem you need at least 300w from a decent PSU or stuff like this happens
