Question pc audio is being weird

I have a dell insperon 3847 running windows 10 with a gtx 1650, my pc speakers are making a weird noise, it seems like noise from my computer, it wont play sound, only this noise, windows says my pc speakers are connected and I have restarted my computer, and deleted and reinstalled my audio driver, the noise coming from my speakers change depending on what I'm doing, if somethings loading the sound changes, while I'm typing theres a weird blip with every key press, it is not a speaker issue because when I plug it into my phone it plays just fine, last night when I went to bed the speakers were working just fine, I woke up to them making this weird noise, nothing was changed, the front and rear audio outs have the same problem

I got an app that lets me play it through my phone then hooked the speakers up to my phone, I used usb so theres not a noticable delay or sound degredation but i'd still like to figure out what the problem is
