Hi,

I have audio problem with my PC. The sound card is Realtek High Definition Audio. I upgraded the drivers but I there is no sound. Under the events it says:

"Device HDAUDIO\FUNC_01&VEN_10EC&DEV_0883&SUBSYS_14627255&REV_1000\4&4777d1d&0&0001 requires further installation."

I typed this long line and searched for drivers but any file I downloaded didn't fix the problem. How can I solve this.

Thanks,
Tevfik Uygur

Hi Phillip,

Yes the PC is factory-built. It is my office PC. For the motherboard it says: Motherboard Name MSI P4M900M/P4M900M2 (MS-7255 v2)

I misunderstood you. It is factory built.

"I still need help on this matter. Can someone help me please?"

Yes we can help, but only if you give us the requested information!!!

What is it you don't understand about my question regarding your factory-built PC?

Please post make & model of your PC!

Getting you to answer a question is, for some reason, far from simple.

I am not a high tech person. I looked for motherboard's serial number but I can't find it. Here is some information I can find:
