PC Audio stuttering/ DPC Latency High

Been notcing some audio and video stuttering lately,looked up something about DPC Latency, and found that I am getting very high spikes..That seem to be causing this stuttering..I'm not sure how I can fix this

I don't know if its actually fixed, but I did a clean install on my audio drives AND video drivers..Went to the newest ones, and so far..Its been fine since then
