PC Audio Stutters After a few hours?

My current PCPartPicker link is in my flair below.

My issue is that my PC audio starts to crackle and stutter BUT ONLY after leaving my PC on for more than ~12 hours at a time. I try to plug my headphones back in, but it does not change. I notice that it crackles more when I type on my keyboard when it is messed up. What can I do? Thanks.

That sounds like a hardware problem. Maybe an audio capacitor on your MB.
Check that the circuits around the audio section of your motherboard aren't getting too hot or have any dust around them.

That board should have really good sound though - if the problem persists I would look into seeing if it can be replaced under warranty.

BTW, Have you tried the jacks on the back of the board? I see several people complain about the front jacks.

I use a HyperX Cloud II, so it's all by USB.

Then it's more likely your HyperX Cloud and not the motherboard as that's where it is converted from pure digital to the analog signal and crackling is pretty much always on the analog side.

It never did this on windows 7...
