pc auto shutdown, cpu fan not spinning, pls help.

Hi Guys,

thanks for reading this, my pc auto shutdown after 10 mins, cpu fan not spinning, gpu fan not spinning, casing fan ok.
took out the gpu, same issue occured. took out a memory stick, i can use the pc as per normal last night, but today when i on the pc, the same problem is there.

previously i measured the pc heat using spinfan, all hardwares heat level are as per normal.
i brought it to the computer shop and they did a poor job, they told me the psu, mobo and cpu are running ok. just that the video card is faulty. but this is not the case.

what do you think the issue is? psu? or cpu? thank you for helping.

intel core i5 4670 3.4 ghz 6mb
msi b85m g 43 motherboard
kingston 8 gb ram
cooler master 311 blue usb 3.0 casing
xigmatex xcp a500 500w psu
asus hd 7770 1gb ddr 5 video card

Otherwise, bring it back and tell them - No It's not working, I want my money back. Period!

The idiots at the store are not suited to sell nor have any knowledge of the computers.
