PC becomes Loud

So, I was just running windows defender scan. I walked away for about 30 minutes and when I came back my PC had become noticeably louder then is has been before. I'm pretty sure it is the fans on the H115i, but I'm not 100%. It hasn't gotten any quieter since. Any help would be great. I also have two extra fans for my H115i if I need them.

Make a paper tube and use it as a stethoscope to exactly locate the source of the noise.
Yes, it is likely a fan.
