Hello everyone! I hope that you guys will once again help me with this frustrating issue that has just recently arise. I'm sorry for the lengthy post, but I hope I've provided enough clue so someone can save my poor pc....

OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit
Processor: Intel Core i3-3220 3.30@GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte H61M-S2P-R3
Memory: 8gb ddr3 1600MHz (single channel)
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GT 730 2GB DDR3

After downloading Fallout 4, i realized that it needs a 64bit operating system in order to run the game..So,i downloaded a free windows ultimate 64bit system (via youtube tutorial) from a website, and upgraded my pc from 32 to 64bit.
After upgrading, i check to see if i had upgraded it correctly by right-clicking My Computer>Properties and saw that at the System Type, it says 64bit Operating system, which i assume i had upgraded it correctly....However, i can see that my pc is actually running more slower than when im using 32bit.=((
My pc's perfomance in the task manager shows:

Physical Memory(MB):
Total :8154
Cached:3632
Available:5015
Free:1527

Kernel Memory(MB)
Paged: 361
Nonpaged: 85

System
Handles: 276650
Threads: 1161
Processes: 73
Up Time: 0:01:45:30
Commit (GB): 3/15

Is the performance normal?Whats making my pc so slow?? Someone please help me...Thanks!!
