Hi,

I'm hoping someone has had a similar issue and can help. My PC at random times, whilst I'm actively using the PC will become unresponsive and all my peripherals (monitors, keyboard, mouse) will turn off. The PC will still be "on", fans going and lights lit but not even holding the power button will power it off.

Only way to power it off and back on is by cutting the mains.

I'm on Win10 Version 1803.
Ryzen 5 1600X
AMD Radeon RX480
Asus PRIME X370
Corsair Gold RM550X

Please, any help would be great.

Solution
Could be PSU isn't supplying enough power to run everything. Usually first things to go are peripherals in that case.

The strange part is the power buttons. Holding down power button for 10 seconds or so is a standard cut off for most motherboards.
