PC beeping and lags

My PC lags(1 sec lag) and beeps once per 5 minutes when I play games, I am using i7-4790 stock, ASUS z97-P , 8GB ram, gtx 970, SSD+ HDD, corsair RM 650 PSU.
CPU and GPU temps under 70celzius (CPU even under 65 all the time)

just realized it also happens out of games, just that beep without lag (that beep is like the one beep you hear during boot)
