PC beeps after the OS as started

Hello . i have problem with my computer that it peeps all the time .it strats up and peeps, (computer is very slow ) . i login to my account and it peeps all the time if i do something (like if i open chrome or other programs ,sometimes randomly ). Ewry time it beeps it Freezes abaut 1 min and then it goes back to normal . It started when i hold power button down for quic shutdown (stupid of me ). if someone could help me i would be happy . its realy bad :C (sry for my bad english )
One time it faild to boot up and it started to check C: disk but it didnt help .

Sometimes the motherboard does this when you are first starting it up, so it shouldn't mean anything to PC-breaking. Unfortunately that's the extent of my knowledge about PC beeps.

No i know that theres an peep that says pc is fine but there isnt one and it beeps when win7 loads up and beeps and freezes and so .Its realy anyoing
