Question PC Beeps (long, continuous sound) playing CoDMW. CAM shows normal temps. Alt+Tab makes it stop.

I got a new rig so I could play CoD with my son:

Alienware Motherboard
CPU: Intel Core i7 (9th gen) 3.0 MHz
GPU: GeForce RTX 2060
16GB ddr4 RAM
1TB HD
250G ssd hd

When CoD gets going, the PC just beeps. One long, solid beeeeeeeep.

If I Alt+Tab away from CoD, the beeping stops.

I downloaded nzxt's CAM to monitor temps, etc. It doesn't look like anything is going crazy...nothing too hot, nothing pegged. But switching back to CoD turns the beeping back on, and switching away from it makes it stop.

Any thoughts?

Update: If I play Windowed, and shrink the window bit by bit, eventually it gets to a size where the beeping stops. Making it bigger makes the beep start again. Weird. It's like it doesn't want to render it in the native settings for my screen, even though it should have plenty of horsepower to do so. And shrinking the screen has no noticeable impact on the CAM reported values...ie: no reducing of temps, etc.
