Not sure if it's the right place but I inserted a new graphics card the Nvidia 1060 3gb into my pc but when I turned it on it started to continually beep untill shut down the beeps are too fast to count. I inserted my old graphics card which was the Nvidia 960 and even though it did work before it now is starting to beep I can't see anywhere on my motherboard manual on beeping I'm a little lost im not sure what is causing it.

My specs are
I5-3570k
GPU original Nvidia 960
GPU new Nvidia 1060
Motherboard ga-z77x-ud3h
More information provided if needed

Ok so now my pc works with me moving the ram but now my pc is just on a plack screen which is something to do with my GPU now to sort that out

As I said, you hit something else when you installed the card :) Not hard to sort that out, you did something inside the system, then even the old card did not work, means something else was done.

For the new card, did you do a BIOS update for the motherboard? With a 3rd gen cpu, it's fairly old, older motherboards can have issues running newer video cards.

I ended up getting the GPU working but I had an issue with the old pc were it would restart when I play games on high graphics I was hoping that my old GPU the 960 was faulty but no my new GPU didn't help it still restarted on me

A spontaneous reboot usually indicates a power supply problem (i.e. unstable or inadequate power). What is the brand and model of the power supply unit?

The EVGA 500 W1 isn't a particularly good PSU. It is constructed with low quality components so don't expect longevity especially if you've used it for more than 3 years. Voltage regulation was never tight on that model.

Try testing with a better quality PSU. Borrow one, if you can.
