pc beeps once randomly while running

i don't know what's the problem here but i can hear beeping sounds inside the cpu tower while everything is on. (even when i'm playing) i've searched everything about this issue but all i found were ram problems, overheating and dust removal. i ran a memtest and found no problem, my gpu temp is normal and i already cleaned all of my components. but still i hear that annoying beep. i decided to monitor the beep and i noticed that after it beeps, i can hear a loud vibration and i think it's something to do with the fans?? help?

You can usually unplug the speaker on the motherboard. If it's actually attached to it, no luck there. Have you had any significant hardware changes recently? Any drivers?

I just added a 2tb hard disk coz I'm very low on space. My mobo is asrock n68c-s ucc. Is there by any chance that the hard disk is the problem? But it's working fine for me. (The hard disk that is) and I just checked my mobo and I found out that I didn't have any speakers attached to it at all. So it seems the beep is not actually a beep. I think the fans really is the culprit?
