I belive it's just a power on thing, but I'd like to know how to turn it off, as it still does it when I remove the GPU, and there are no issues with the GPU, and the computer runs fine. Could it be one of these components that makes the beep, and how can I turn it off (if possible)?

Intel® Core™i7 Quad Core Processor i7-6700k (4.0GHz) 8MB Cache

ASUS® MAXIMUS VIII RANGER: RoG, PCI-e 3.0, SATA 3.0, LG1151

32GB HyperX FURY DDR4 2666MHz (4 x 8GB Kit)

CORSAIR 750W CS SERIES™ MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET PSU

ASUS STRIX GTX™ 980 Ti

Solution
Check in your BIOS. But that is a reassuring beep that says everything is working...

Disable Post Beep is what you are looking for.
