Pc Big time problems

Hello guys , thanks for helping already.
Ive just put together my pc , my gpu is factory overclocked i already tried increasing the voltage and it fixed some of my problems , but i cant play pc games in a stable rate in my decent pc. Not even cs go.it freezes sometomes and graphic intensive games always give me errors.Please help

750 watt psu
Gtx 760 direct cu ii
maximus v extreme
3660 i7
I have watercooling and a decent airflow in my haf 910 case.
8 gigs of corsair vengeance ram,
Drivers are up to date.
windows 7 running

Lower the game settings.
750Watt PSU could be the problem as that really gives no information.
