Newly built ITX pc,
Spec: Asus strix z490i, 10700k, RM 850x psu, 2x16gb trident Z, samsung evo m.2, NO GPU
I have not loaded any OS yet. When I power on the pc, the monitor reads no HDMI input and the PC restarts automatically a couple of times until it gets into the bios (sometimes it doesn't make it). It usually makes it to the bios but freezes in a couple of minutes. I have tried each stick of RAM individually, reconnected everything and neither of these things has worked. I have NOT played with bios settings (XMP/overclocking) nor am I sure what is wrong or how to fix it. Does anyone have any ideas?
I plugged in a Win10 USB and I got an all blue screen (no text/curser), but have not been able to duplicate this. Temps are also fine.
