[SOLVED] PC black screen during factory reset.

I was planning on selling my gaming rig to a friend of mine so i decided to fully reset my pc through windows options and it existed windows and the screen turned black and the keyboard and mouse stopped responding. I waited for 25 minutes then turned it off then on and the same problem persisted. I cannot access bios or anything or click on anything it is just black screen. I tried plugging in the monitor through the motherboard and the gpu with no luck i even tried resetting the cmos and nothing

Solved the issue by unplugging the vga cable and plugging it back in
