Question pc blackscreen when loading up games

anyone able to help me. Eveytime i load up a game dosnt matter if it from steam or epic it will just black screen saying there is no input i can still hear audio for a few minuites after tho. but if im not loading up any games then it works fine. only just happened today I've tried uninstalling my driver restarting the pc and rolling the driver back but nothing worked so far

my monitor is pluged into the gpu directly and ive had the gpu for less then a year if anyone is able to help ill be thankful
