pc blank screen win 8

Hi i im having problems with my win8 pc and i need help asap

First it all started put like this.i wanted to click on my anti virus to see my pc status and the antivirus wont open so i got abit suspicious so i wanted to log in safe mode.
So i went on run ms config and put on safe mode.after i restarted it my whole screen has gone blank and wont go to safe mode or startup menu
I tried something like taking the ram out turning the pc on and putting it back in

So what your saying is the screen is always black now whenever you try to turn on the computer? Also don't remove the RAM while the computer is still on.
