PC blinks on and off. Fixed it by removing a memory module. Now what?

Hiya.

A few days back I had to disconnect my PC and move it to another room while they were installing new floor tiles in my room. It worked fine when I disconnected it.

When I connected it today, it would light up, the fans would spin for .5s and then stop for 3s, rinse and repeat. I started by removing the GPU, didn't work, and then one stick of RAM, and voila. We have liftoff.

Now what? How do I go on diagnosing it to see what's broken? I think it might be the CPU, MB, or RAM, but I'm not sure what to do.

Any help would be appreciated,
Thanks in advance,

Solution
Moving the PC has wiggled components. Make sure all components and cables are fully seated, simplest way is by re-seating (remove and re-install) everything. You may also want to double-check that there are no stray standoffs behind the motherboard shorting something out.

After the GPU, the CPU/HSF is the next component most susceptible to mechanical shocks to the case and vibrations.

Hi. I tested each stick individually. And the computer works with either of them, but not both.

I'll try that, but I don't think that's the case. The PC is on after removing one memory stick.
