[SOLVED] PC block when dragging windows

Hiiii, I have this horrible bug. When a try to drag any window, the mouse gets very sloww, and the PC completely blocks so I can't do anything until it gets back to normal (sometimes that takes too long so I have to reboot my pc)
I don't know if I explained myself well, so I just took a video of this happening

This only happens when the file explorer is open

RX 570
16GB RAM
Windows 11 10.22000.120

And did you report this through channels to Microsoft? Windows 11 isn't anywhere near release, and the only ones that can fix problems such as this is Microsoft, but only if you tell them about it.
