PC Blue Screen then Restart

I restarted my computer and when i came back my screen was blue or a couple of seconds then it restarted again.This process continued. And its still continuing. Someone please help.

This can sometimes be caused by faulty RAM. If you have more than one stick, try pulling one, then the other or others, and try them in different slots to see if you can get it out of the boot-loop.
