Question PC blue-screened with "Memory_Management" stop code ?

Today when i put my PC to sleep for some reason the RGB lights on the tower didn't turn off but the RGB on the keyboard did, both of them should turn off so i pressed a button on my keyboard to wake my PC up but when i clicked on any button the RGB on the keyboard lights up for a second and then turns off but the RGB on the tower is still on. Since the monitor screen was black because the PC was asleep, I couldn't restart the computer so I turned the PC off by turning the switch off, but when i turned the switch back on the PC powered on without me even pressing the power button and after the motherboard logo showed my PC just blue-screened and the stop code was "Memory_Management".

My PC restarted again and now everything is fine, I can put the PC to sleep without any issues and so far no blue screens ?

It might just have been a glitch. If it happens again, remove the RAM cards and re-insert them fully. The tiniest spec of dust between the pins and the slot can cause problems. DO NOT BLOW WITH YOUR MOUTH on the card or slots however!

Yeah i used whocrashed to find the problem and it said it could be software issue but also could be related to heating but it doesn't explain how my PC turned on without me pressing the power button.
