Question PC Blue-Screening or freezing while playing games (Kernel Power 41)

I built my own pc around a year ago and for the past few months it has been freezing or blue screening in games forcing me to restart.

My specs are:
Ryzen 5 2600 (Hyper 212 black cooler) 4.1ghz 1.425v
EVGA 2070 Black edition
Corsair cx650 semi modular
Asus prime b350m-e
5x120mm case fans
8gb 3200mhz gskill ripjaws (2x4)

I have already tried replacing the power supply but it had no effect
After around 10-20 minutes of playing a more intense game (Destiny 2, FH4, BFV etc) the entire pc will freeze or blue screen and will force me to restart.
The graphics card is also not the problem because it crashes with other graphics cards in the system
Is there any way to fix this or find out what the problem is?

Welcome to the forums my friend!

Firstly, don't worry about Kernel Error 41, this is a generic loss of power error, you would get the same error appear by simply pressing the reset button, it is not indicative of what the problem is, just that the problem is causing an unexpected shutdown.

Do you have the dmp files of the blue screens available? Equally do you recall what the error code was?

Have you monitored individual CPU core temps under load?
Have you monitored GPU temps under load?
Does this only occur under load?

and you also say you have replaced PSU and GPU and the issue continued?

Configuring dump files:
https://mywindowshub.com/how-to-configure-windows-10-to-create-dump-files-on-bsod/

Then the minidump is usually kept in the root directory (C:\) or C:\minidump (along those lines).

Have you monitored the temperatures as below:
Have you monitored individual CPU core temps under load?
Have you monitored GPU temps under load?

Is your BIOS also up to date?
Does the issue occur in safe mode if you induce load?
You may want to reduce down to 1 module of RAM and run memtest, then swap modules to verify that the RAM isn't causing the issue.

Thanks for replying. I am currently unable to get them because I was overclocking my cpu to 4.1ghz and 1.425v and now the system is stuck in a boot loop ofprepareing automatic repair. I tried putting in a windows install thumb drive but it didn’t work. Any idea how to fix this?

This is useful information - funnily enough I thought I asked this but on reflection I didn't and didn't see it in the original post for some reason. It could well be your OC isn't stable. You'd need to remove all OC to verify if the problem continues.

Resetting CMOS will remove overclock.

In what way didn't it work? Could equally be the storage drive is faulty.

When I turn on the system it will go to the preparing for automatic repair screen and never go away. I tried putting in a windows boot thumb drive but all it does is show the windows logo forever. I reset the over lock and took the power and battery from mobo for 30 min but the promblem persists.
