PC Blue Screens. New Mobo Ram CPU

My build is:
Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti
Asus z390-a
i7 9700k Watercooled
G.Skill Tridentz 3200 PC4 25600
Corsair PSU 1200 watt
OS is on SSD Windows 10

I put Bios on Profile XMP1 or 2 and my PC will freeze and then crash to the blue screen. If I put the profile back to manual I get an Error and have to press F1 to go to Bios and have to boot off my OS drive.

Sticks are in right and in the right position, CPU is cool and running fine and some with GPU.

Regarding the memory would it possibly be because of b die or hynix? I know nothing about that?

Is this happening on a fresh install of Windows?

I actually havent and dont know why I didnt do that in the first place. I'll do that when I get home and let you know if I have any other issues. Thanks
