Question PC bluescreens often and games crash ?

Eyo, here looking for help because I'm at a point of where idk what to do anymore. I've tried to troubleshoot my pc and my crashes that happen often, but Idk anymore lol. I've tried reinstalling windows several times, I've ran Chkdisk, I tried driver verifier but that bluescreened me and I had to do a system restore, I've checked my ram, replaced my harddrive with an SSD. I dunno what's wrong anymore. I suspect it's some sort of driver but I can't figure out what exactly.

My specs are:

X570 Aorus Elite Wifi for a MB
AMD Ryzen 5 5600x Cpu
Geforce Rtx 2070 Super for Graphics
16 Gigs of Ram
Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Sure thing, my PSU is the EVGA SuperNova 750 G5, 80 plus Gold. I've had it for like 3-4 years now.

Do you recommend that I get a new PSU? A friend thought that it could be the SSD so I ordered another one, but I also want to hear your thoughts as well
