Yesterday some signs of problem already occurred after I swapped the CPU with a 2400. It only boot up successfully when the Mon plugged in onboard gpu. I entered bios successfully and can configure the settings. Once I change the video output from auto to peg it booted with 1 long 2 short code. According to award that means something about video.

Today, It booted up and reboot as the title described. Yesterday when I reset uefi with jumper it will automatically boot, but no longer now. I breadboarded and tried every step from shortstuff_mt's guide
Except the psu as it worked on another computer

Today the screen showed up when it automatically reboots the 3rd time:

1st: fan on CPU fan max lasts about 25s
2nd: fan on and slowed down and shut
3rd: just like normal boot but showed the uefi title only. After 5s shuts and back to 1st

Recently I upgraded bios to uefi u1c. I think the problem maybe about the CPU swapping and I really wants to fix it. Feel free to provide more information in my active time (GMT+8)

Any reply will be appreciated

This is complicated.
The bios corrupted and was fixed by these steps for reference:
1. Power off your pc
2. Hold the power button for 10 seconds, just let it on off automatically
3. Turn it on by one tap
You should see a screen showing that it's recovering from backup bios

The second problem is first resolved by putting the gpu on the second slot, but after investigating i have found that my cpu bent 2 pins marked as PEG (PCI Express Graphics), I bent it...

Reputable
It may still be the PSU, not providing enough power, as the 2500K uses more power than the 2400, the 980ti drawing a lot on its own, and maybe the PSU was barely adaequate before. Look for a spare PSU of at least 600W to check. If that does not help, your MoBo may be failing.

Still thanks for your answer but my PSU is 700w
