Hi my specs are:

CPU: AMD FX 8350
GPU: GTX 1050 TI
HDD: SAMSUNG H250HJ (~8 years old)
HDD: WD20EARX
RAM: 12 GB DDR3 1333MHZ
MB: ASROCK 970 Extreme 3 (latest BIOS installed, CMOS reset done)

After changing my MB, CPU and GPU a week ago, to the components listed above, I encountered the following problems.
1. PC freezing happened twice as well as 3 beeps (Without memory) warning at startup. Those 2 didn't happen anymore after switching up my Ram Modules. (Probably solved)
2. If I restart my computer it won't shut down completely, monitors have no signal anymore, HDD isn't working, but computer just doesn't reboot and stays on. I have to restart by shutting it down first (holding power button) and after that I can start again. (Shut down seems to be working properly.)
3. PC doesn't boot Windows, HDD not shown in Bios either. Sometimes I hear a clicking noise when starting the computer, coming from the HDD in question. In this case reconnecting the power and restarting seems to work after 1-3 tries. After that my Pc appears to be running smoothly. My data HDD seems to be working fine at all times.

None of the problems ever happened before I changed the components in question.
My guess would be either Motherboard or HDD. I am not sure how to approach this problem, to figure out which component is causing trouble and would be glad to get some tips.

I personally trying to make some space on my second HDD at the moment and try to install windows 10 on it, to see if that solves everything already.

I am happy about any constructive reply.
Thanks in advance.

I did in fact not think about the easiest solution to be honest.... I will try this first I guess, this leaves me with 3 options, would you recommend "Restore factory settings" or is the "Keep my files" option enough?

Glad to assist! :)
