PC Boot fans on No signal DRAM light doesn't come on

This is my first build and I'm now a little worried as I have been unable to get the PC to give signal.on my monitor.

I have a Ryzen 2600x
An MSI b450 pro-m2
A sapphire rx570 pulse
8gb ram
Corsair 450 w PSU

The CPU light goes on then off the DRAM light doesn't come on the VGA light goes on then off then the boot light goes on and off

Make sure that you're connecting the monitor to the graphics card, and not to the motherboard.

When I open my mobo bios (MSI B450 pro-m2 all it comes up with is MSI click bios 5

What other components do you have installed along with this motherboard? Has this system ever worked properly or is it a new build?

This is a new build I have:
Ryzen 5 2600
8gb ram
Wd Blue 1 TB HDD
Kingston 120gb SSD
Corsair 440 W PSU
Rx 570 4gb

If you disconnect the SSD and HDD from the motherboard, can you access the BIOS properly?

Also, what is the make/model of your memory?
