Hello, thanks for reading.

For several weeks I have booting issues when I turn on my PC it doesn't boot. My peripherals don't light up, monitors don't turn on - its completely dead. I repeatedly manually turn it off and on and very rarely it will boot but says "Overclock Error" even though I don't overclock (I used to VIA Asus BIOS but even when its on normal settings with no OC I still get the error). Whenever I F1 I set the BIOS to default and it reboots to nothing once again.

Specs:
CPU: Intel Core i7 6700K @ 4.00GHz/4.2GHz
CPU Cooler: Corsair H110i GTX 280mm
RAM: 32GB (4x8GB) Kingston HyperX
Motherboard: Asus Z170-AR (LGA1151)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 ti Xtreme Gaming

Solution
Remove 2 sticks of memory and see if it will boot.
If it boots then go into BIOS and add 0.05 volts to the memory save and exit shutdown add the other 2 sticks and see what you get.
