Question PC Boot Issues.

Recently my computer will no longer boot with 4 sticks of ram. Im not too sure what the issue is. Its not the slots due to the fact that after removing the other 2 sticks I have to move the ram around to the other 2 slots to get it to actually boot again. Has anyone had an issue like this?

First thing to check would be RAM itself, one by one in all or default slots, Check MB manual which are those, In most modern ones slots A2 and B2 are primary.
