PC won't boot with new GPU and CPU.

My current rig was

Gigabyte AORUS B450 ELITE V1.0

Ryzen 1600 AF

GeForce GTX 1070

2x8GB

Thermaltake SmartSE 530W

New stuff

Ryzen 5 5600X

RTX 3060TI (used)

New SSD M2

Changed stuff, tried to boot and nothing. I already have thought that GPU is faulty since used, but then realized my mobo had old BIOS 😆 Swapped back to 1600AF and PC started with new card so it's working, at least in idle. After BIOS update to 64c version I was getting blue screens with both GPU's. Managed to boot in safe mode, deleted Asus software and PC was stable with old CPU and new GPU.

So after all I put in 5600X and PC won't boot but now it is different. When I start PC monitor turns on and off with nothing on screen just black. Fans on CPU and GPU are spinning, VGA led on mobo is glowing red. It is the same both on old and new GPU.

Any ideas what to do next? My last guess is that power supply is too weak? I was worried it will be an issue but in gaming under 100% load, not when booting the PC.

I Tried different combinations like booting with single drive connected, single ram stick, GPU in second slot, without GPU, without new m2 drive, clearing cmos. Nothing helps, sucks if maybe it is CPU issue :/

That PSU is definitely not a good model, but I don't think that's the issue right now.

Try installing the 1070 and then clear the CMOS and see if that helps.

It is the same. One thing I noticed (happened with both cards) is that first boot, after cmos clear is different. Led goes in sequence cpu-dram-vga-cpu-dram-vga and stays there. Then each next boot is only one run which is cpu-dram-vga and it stays there, CPU fan still spinning, GPU fan stops and screen goes on and off every couple seconds.

Ok, I've got this, no way I've spent 3 hours on this  I was connecting both cards with display port. I tried 1070 with HDMI and got info screen about new CPU and whether I want to restart ftpm. For some reason it was not showing with display port. After this windows started properly, switched back to 3060, connected all monitors and managed to boot up PC with new parts :D
