Question PC BOOT LOOP. NEW BUILD BTW

So I recently built a new gaming PC. I tried very carefully to avoid static and stuff but after finishing the build, there's no display whatsoever. The PC boots for 3 secs before turning off and then on again for 3 secs. I need to use it desperately since my old PC died so if anyone can help me pls help.


CPU: Intel Core i5 2500
GPU: ASUS ROG Strix RX 570 4GB
RAM: 8GB KINGMAX DDR3-1333 (NEW)
HDD: WD Green 1TB 7200RPM (NEW)
PSU: Cooler Master RS500
Cooler: Cooler Master T400i (NEW)
Motherboard: AsRock H61M-VS3
Case: Xigmatek VIRGO (NEW)

Already tried breadboarding, ALL parts are working fine but when put together, ít just boot loops.
